Riftlands is a Vintage Story server aiming to attract all players, new and experienced alike, with a friendly and helpful community.

To be able to play, make sure you have an Interordi Account and set your Vintage Story player name in your networks! This will allow you to do more than look around.
After discussing it with the active players, we've decided to restart the world with different settings on a new seed. This adds oceans for better exploration and better climate values, especially around spawn.
This is not something that we're not planning to do again. We figured now was a good time, to fix some initial mistakes before too many people were settled in. Thank you for your understanding!
The list of mods on the server has been updated to their latest versions while two with issues were removed in the last week, so you should have fewer problems now.
Some tuning to the chat system has also been done in the past week to keep the discussions going smoothly.

To make sure that everything runs smoothly, please be sure to follow these simple rules. The core set applies at ALL times:
The community is opened to people of all ages, and there are kids playing with us. As such, please keep your language and attitude appropriate for everyone.
We're here to have fun and relax, and both religion and politics can be divisive topics. While having a chat on these can be nice, this is not the place to do so.
No cheating! We're in these worlds to explore, following the survival rules. Mods that affect gameplay are not allowed, including but not limited to flying, running, and x-ray. Likewise, the staff members won't teleport you around.
Exploiting game bugs to glitch the game is also prohibited.
No devices that create a noticeable amount of lag or stress on a server are allowed. This includes but is not limited to complex mechanisms and large amounts of animals.
People can put a lot of work in their creations, please don't ruin that or loot their chests. Griefing is stricly forbidden and will get offenders banned from the server. If something isn't labelled as free, don't take it.
PvP is not allowed except in designated areas, and indirect attacks toward other players are not accepted either. Traps are included in this category!
Don't change or extend someone's structures without their permission. If a sign says that visitors are unwelcome, please respect that as well and find another area to play in.
Give new players the chance to play the game. Don't gift equipment (armor and tools) to players that are brand new so they can enjoy the natural discovery of our worlds and features. Let them play at their own rhythm.
